REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused
• Items must be in their original packaging
• Proof of purchase must be provided
Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used products may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• A photograph of the damaged item if possible
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of the refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the product is faulty or damaged.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we may be unable to accept returns of products that have been opened or used.
