.I have been using the spray for restless legs. I've been putting it on before I go to sleep and it helps me have a more comfortable night. I have severe arthritis in my wrist and thumb joint since having an operation on my shoulder. I saw ease a way at Blaston Show and thought it sounded too good to be true..forever the sceptic. Jo has an amazing mix of oils from doggie blends to human blends, but my miracle blend is the Muscle Strain. I suffer from osteoarthritis in my lower back and it’s the only thing that eases my pain and discomfort. I have previously purchased oils from Jo which improved my fatigue and tiredness as well as helping me sleep as I also suffer from Fibromyalgia, ME and FND.
